Snack bar Attendants

Forest Highlands Country Club is seeking energetic and service-focused Snack Bar Attendants for the 2026 season. In this role, you will be responsible for creating positive guest interactions while serving food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.

Attendants are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs at all times. Ensuring members feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and relaxed. This includes member recognition, strong menu knowledge, and proper service execution. Basic cooking knowledge is required, as this position prepares and serves quick-service food items.

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches and other quick-service food items
• Provide prompt food and beverage service to patrons
• Suggest menu items, including food and beverage pairings
• Set out napkins, utensils, and necessary service items
• Ensure condiments and supplies are stocked and replenished
• Obtain member signatures on receipts
• Perform additional related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: 

• High school diploma, GED, or at least two years of high school education
• Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Card
• Previous restaurant or server experience preferred
• Familiarity with basic cooking skills
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Ability to multitask effectively during busy times
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
