The position is an office-based position.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects across commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Review electrical designs, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to provide updates and manage expectations.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Manage procurement of electrical materials and equipment.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex electrical projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes (NEC, IEC), and construction practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CAD software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience in renewable energy, automation, or high-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
