What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at Forest County Potawatomi Community?
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor front desk and general department clerical and coordinator duties.
- Greet department visitors, answer telephones, take messages or transfer calls, and provide information to callers.
- Process casino human resources terminations with licensing files.
- Assistant administrative support roles as needed.
- Coordinate information sharing with department staff. i.e. department meeting agendas.
- Print and issue replacement licenses and ID badges to include transfers and renewals.
- Complete license verifications for outside agencies.
- Maintain and update license files as needed including purging files.
- Track and maintain supply inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year related office environment experience.
- Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance.
- Apply for and maintain Gaming License issued by the Forest County Potawatomi Gaming Commission.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
- Previous experience in tribal gaming environment
- 3 years or more related office environment experience
- Approximately 5 weeks of paid time off annually
