What are the responsibilities and job description for the FCP Tribal Talent Program position at Forest County Potawatomi and Careers?
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learns more about field or industry of interest while working for FCP Tribal Government Divisions
- Applies knowledge learned in Bachelor’s program to work within the selected rotation departments
- Gains valuable work experience and professional knowledge while contributing to department goals and objectives
- Completes projects and day to day work identified by the department supervisor/incumbent staff
- Creates rotation summaries for each position
- Collaborates with Tribal Talent Program Coordinator and department supervisors on potential permanent placement if successful
Requirements (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- Must be enrolled member of Forest County Potawatomi Tribe
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, One Note, Power Point, Outlook
- FCP complies with all CMS Mandates & all Health Division employees must receive the COVID-19 vaccine prior to hire. Additional immunization requirements may also be necessary.
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
