Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent in a timely and compliant manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from job posting through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring project managers.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company hiring policies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new hire documentation as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as really, LinkedIn, or similar tools preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
Preferred Experience
- Experience recruiting in construction, restoration, skilled trades, or field operations environments.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as ADP, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
