Working at Foresight

About the Role
We’re seeking a confident and driven Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and takes ownership for results. This is a leadership role for someone who is comfortable making decisions under pressure, setting direction, and keeping projects moving forward with intensity and focus. You’ll balance today’s challenges with tomorrow’s goals — always asking “what’s next” while ensuring projects are delivered with quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Own field leadership: Direct all daily jobsite activities with a structured, methodical approach.
- Prioritize safety: Lead with a safety-first mentality by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting weekly safety meetings, and ensuring zero-compromise compliance.
- Plan and execute: Develop, monitor, and enforce logistics, staging, and scheduling plans in partnership with the Project Manager.
- Maintain quality: Oversee inspections, testing, and QA/QC processes with rigorous attention to detail.
- Manage trade partners: Ensure subcontractor performance aligns with scope, drawings, and specifications; resolve issues promptly and decisively.
- Document thoroughly: Deliver clear daily reports, maintain progress logs, and track performance metrics with precision.
- Represent Foresight: Act as the on-site point of contact for Owners, Architects, and trade partners with professionalism and authority.
