About The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. As Project Coordinator, you will partner with clients and field staff throughout industrial hygiene project lifecycles, managing administrative aspects of technical projects. Your expertise in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving will contribute to the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare client proposals and assist with project pricing and bidding

Create and maintain project folders and documentation for inspectors
-
Manage projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, daily tracking, coordination of field activities, and client communication

Draft, edit, and finalize reports as needed
-
Generate and track daily and statistical reports to ensure timely delivery and project monitoring
-
Handle inbound sales calls and respond to general inquiries and online leads
-
Track and schedule projects using the EVE program
-
Follow up with clients to confirm or reschedule appointments
-
Ensure all reports and supporting documentation are properly processed for invoicing and mailing
-
Provide cross-functional support to other departments as required
-
Support marketing efforts and participate in events as needed
Qualifications

Demonstrated excellence in customer service and collaboration within a team environment

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-
Proven ability to operate independently and quickly adapt to new systems and processes
-
Track record of effectively managing office operations from initiation through completion
-
Highly organized with strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to changing needs

At least 2 years of relevant office experience

Associate degree required

Physical & Work Requirements:

Physical ability to stoop, kneel, climb, crawl, walk, and stand for extended periods in varied work environments to perform sampling activities.

Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer for documentation and reporting.

Must be able to pass a background check, annual physicals, and OSHA-required respirator fit tests.
