What you’ll own:

• Drive admissions and census growth—daily
• Manage and convert hospital, physician, and community referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners and case managers
• Lead the admissions process from first call to resident arrival
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely admissions documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, administration, and marketing to maximize outcomes
• Track numbers, trends, and performance—then improve them
  
  
  

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience in SNF/LTC admissions (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of insurance, authorizations, and referral workflows
• Confident communicator who can sell, negotiate, and close
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Accountability mindset—results matter here
• Willingness to be hands-on, flexible, and available when needed
