The Corporate Director Implementation provides strategic and operational leadership for the successful onboarding, transition, and launch of new and existing client locations. This role is responsible for driving consistency, standardization, and operational excellence across implementations in senior living and healthcare environments. The Corporate Director Implementation partners with executive leadership, operations, culinary, HR, and support services teams to ensure seamless transitions, strong client relationships, and achievement of financial and operational goals. This position reports to a senior corporate leader and functions as both a strategic and hands-on resource during implementations and performance improvement initiatives. The role requires flexibility to support multiple locations and adapt to varying operational needs.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for new account implementations, transitions, and operational startups.
- Develop and execute implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful account launches.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
- Partner with operations, culinary, HR, and support services teams to align staffing, training, and operational readiness.
- Standardize processes, programs, and best practices across new and existing accounts.
- Provide on-site leadership during openings, transitions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Evaluate operations and implement corrective actions to drive efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
- Support client onboarding and maintain strong client relationships throughout implementation phases.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of site leadership teams as needed.
- Monitor operational performance post-implementation to ensure sustained success and stability.
- This position may be assigned to support a single client’s location or rotate among multiple locations based on business needs.
- The role requires direct interaction with clients, residents, patients, and interdisciplinary teams.
General Responsibility as Required for Position
- Responsible for acting in conformance with all facility and departmental policies and procedures including those relating to Human Resources, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Health and Safety regulations, Compliance requirements, Patient Rights, Confidentiality, and HIPAA. Responsible for acting in conformance with accrediting agency standards.
- Attend department meetings as required.
- Demonstrates accountability to accept responsibility for personal/professional growth and any required certification/licenses, if applicable.
- Completes mandatory training and competencies annually.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is an exempt salaried position, with expected hours to include: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education/Experience/Training
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, or contract services.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations, new account openings, or implementation initiatives.
- Experience with budget management, labor planning, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of operational systems, compliance standards, and service delivery models within healthcare or senior living environments.
License and Certification
- ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- Certified Executive Chef credential preferred.
Travel
Travel is required and maybe by car and/or plane and will include overnight travel.
