What are the responsibilities and job description for the Welder\ Fabricator position at Forecast Sales?
We are seeking a Welder Fabricator to become an integral part of our team! The successful candidate will use specialized equipment to mig and Tig various weldments.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products
- Follow blueprints to meet product specifications
- Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Manager
- Run various fabrication equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Mig and TIG
- Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
- Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Familiarity with standard fabrication safety rules and regulations
- Must be able to work M-F Minimum 40hour work week
Forecast Sales, located on the east side of Indianapolis, was founded in 1978 as a manufacturer and wholesaler of sandblasting equipment and related products. In addition to sandblasting equipment and supplies Forecast Sales has state-of-the-art engineering and metal fabrication capabilities available to both internal and external customers. We don't sponsor visas and only hire those who are currently able to work in the USA.
