Responsibilities
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will support specialty manufacturing and fabrication projects that are critical to our rental fleet and customer solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Perform fabrication, welding, pipefitting, and structural welding for specialty manufacturing projects
- Assemble, repair, and troubleshoot fabricated components and equipment
- Support general machine repair and mechanical assembly activities
- Operate shop equipment and heavy machinery daily, including cranes, saws, forklifts, and semi-tractor trailers
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed
- Complete required documentation related to work performed and materials used
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Identify and communicate potential process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and shop safety
- Assist with additional shop floor activities as requested
- Perform other duties or special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or warehouse environment
- Welding experience preferred (structural and/or pipe welding)
- Forklift certification required; crane operation experience preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience is a plus
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC-based programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams
- Ability to safely lift and move materials in a shop environment
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement

- This is an onsite role supporting fabrication and manufacturing operations
