What you’ll own

• Daily execution of shipping and receiving—plan work, set priorities, and hit turnaround targets.
• Team leadership—mentor, train, and support shipping/receiving associates to elevate performance.
• Cross‑functional coordination—partner with purchasing, planning, and production to keep inventory aligned with demand.
• Documentation excellence—maintain precise records, tracking, and shipment paperwork; resolve issues with carriers and vendors.
• Safety stewardship—apply and reinforce warehouse safety protocols to protect people and product.
• Continuous improvement—spot inefficiencies and implement better methods.
• Inventory accuracy—assist with cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.
