Summary

This role is responsible for retrieving and scanning batches, indexing records and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves batch name from system.
• Verifies all information to ensure accuracy on cover sheets.
• Checks for clarity and readable material.
• Removes all incorrect information.
• Indexes all paperwork according to correspondence category, policy and company number.
• Submits final batch to system.
• Adheres to the Standards of Excellence
• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager

All positions require cross training to enable better service for our customer.

Additional responsibilities may include:

• Processing of Inbound/Outbound Mail

• Collecting, sorting, inbound and outbound mail

• Operation of mail equipment or scanners

• Distribution of mail, including client mail routes.

• Miscellaneous work related to special projects as assigned by the client or OMG Management 

• Complete all work as assigned by OMG Management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of mail room environment preferred.
• Intermediate computers skills
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills required
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to read and understand written and oral instructions.
• Strong initiative with an ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
