General Warehouse Associate

FFord's Gourmet Foods is seeking an energetic, friendly, honest and customer-oriented Warehouse Team Member to join our team!

Ford's Gourmet Foods, a Division of Ford's Produce Co., A fourth generation, Raleigh, North Carolina- based family business and an outstanding team dedicated to creating and distributing some of the world's greatest tasting foods including: Bone Suckin' Sauce, Fire Dancer Jalapeno Peanuts & Southern Yum Pecan Brittle. Ford's Gourmet Foods is known to make and distribute the best.

The hours and shift for this position are Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, store, and rotate incoming products

• Assist in the production of gift boxes within the warehouse

• Select, gather, and assemble products for walk-in retail customers based on customer invoices

• Fulfill wholesale orders by pulling items from invoices, stacking, wrapping, weighing, labeling and staging them for shipment by truck while ensuring accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by daily cleaning of restrooms, cooler, dock, kitchen, packing room, and any other designated areas

Work Environment:

• Work in warehouse loading dock, concrete floors, temperature-controlled warehouse, inside of trailers while loading.

• Physical job, lifting required

Hours:

• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass pre-employment math and reading testing
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
