Ford's Gourmet Foods is seeking an energetic, friendly, honest and customer-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team!

Position Summary:
Answer phones, call and / or take orders from current customers. Provide support to office staff, including emailing, copying , organizing, filing and mailing. Provide backup in the warehouse, waiting on retail customers, making gift baskets, packing wholesale orders for trucks/UPS and labeling products for retail and wholesale orders.
Essential Functions:
Assist within the office and warehouse as needed.
Experience:
General office: operating standard office equipment, answering phones and basic MS Word and Excel. Able to train on our programs.
Certificates/Licenses:
*Valid NC driver license meeting current insurance guidelines. Guidelines: within the last 3 years have not been convicted of more than 2 moving violations, not responsible for a vehicular accident and have not been convicted of a DUI. If no convictions other than DUI, no DUI within last 7 years.
Work Environment
Concrete floors, open office, varying temperatures when assisting in warehouse.
Pay Rate: $17 an hour.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm.
