Key Responsibilities
Customer Transportation & Support
- Provide shuttle service for customers to and from the dealership
- Ensure a safe, timely, and professional transportation experience
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding timing and logistics
- Pick up and deliver customer vehicles as needed
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, cleanliness, damage walkarounds)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles
- Assist with moving vehicles on the lot and in the service drive
- Support advisors and management with daily operational needs
- Help maintain an organized and efficient service flow
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
