Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet every guest promptly with a warm, professional demeanor
- Create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere in the showroom
- Offer refreshments and ensure guest comfort while waiting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and lobby at all times
- Escort guests to the appropriate department or team member
- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Direct calls efficiently to the correct department or individual
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
- Assist with basic customer inquiries and provide dealership information
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Support sales and service teams with light administrative duties
- Monitor showroom activity and ensure guests are attended to promptly
- Previous customer service, receptionist, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
