Ford of Cookeville, an 8-time Ford President's Award winner and 2026 Cars.com Tennessee Ford Dealer of the Year, is hiring a Service BDC Representative to manage inbound service communication and appointment scheduling.
No automotive experience required. If you've worked the front desk at a medical or dental office, handled reception for a busy office, or scheduled appointments in any fast-paced setting, you already have the core skills for this role. We'll train you on the service side.
What You'll Own
- Inbound service calls, texts, and web chat leads, converted to scheduled appointments same-day
- Scheduling and confirming appointments in Xtime, matched to actual shop capacity
- CRM data entry and hygiene in Oasis, including accurate source and sub-source tagging so attribution reporting stays clean
- Confirmation and reminder calls/texts for scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows
- Coordination with service advisors on capacity so scheduling reflects real bandwidth, not just open slots
- Tracking and reporting on show rate, conversion rate, and call handle metrics
What You Bring
- Experience in a role with heavy phone volume and appointment scheduling: reception, medical/dental front desk, call center, hospitality, or similar
- Comfortable on the phone for a full shift
- Clear, friendly phone presence; can handle a busy call queue without rattling
- Typing and multitasking speed to log information accurately while talking
- Reliable and on-time
- Prior Xtime, Oasis, or dealership CRM experience is a plus but not required
