As a Service BDC Representative, you will play a critical role in our dealership's success by connecting with our customers and scheduling service appointments. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for service appointments via phone, email, and online chat.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our dealership's service offerings and promotions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer databases.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required.
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
