CALLING ALL COLLEGE STUDENTS! Are you looking for a fun work environment and flexible schedule? Ford Lincoln of Cookeville is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This position is part-time and allows for ample time to work on assignments and out-of-class work! We're willing to work with your schedule, but availability on Saturday is required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries or routing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide support and ensure efficient operations
- Maintain knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating as necessary
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer systems, including MS Office suite and basic data entry
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
