Job description:General Ledger/Banking/Other Duties
- Accurate preparation of journal entries
- Balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of credit card statements to receipts
- Provide support on various adhoc projects
- Communication with other company departments, customers and vendors regarding accounting related issues
- Assist in handling incoming telephone calls
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Highly organized and detailoriented
- Proficient in Excel to navigate and maintain spreadsheets
- Able to work onsite, in a shared work space
- Associate's degree in Accounting, or minimum of two years related accounting experience.
