As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Present AV solutions to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver custom proposals.
• Partner with engineers, estimators, and support teams to build winning bids.
• Manage your accounts and provide exceptional customer service.
• Consistently exceed sales goals in a high-performance environment.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior sales experience in
  
  

audiovisual (AV), IT, security, or B2B technology solutions.

• Familiarity with clients in
  
  

education, corporate offices, government, or healthcare sectors.

Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000 - $400,000 per year

Includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and performance incentives.

No caps. No limits.

Training and Ramp-Up

We offer a 1.5-year ramp-up program designed to help you build a client base, master product knowledge, and develop your sales pipeline. You'll receive continuous training, coaching, and support from our leadership team every step of the way.

• A proven ability to generate leads and close business within 90 days.
