- Design audio, video, lighting, and acoustical systems aligned with customer specifications, installation requirements, and profitability goals.
- Prepare submittal drawings and engineering data, including designs for custom enclosures, consoles, and installation instructions.
- Test and evaluate system performance to ensure quality and alignment with design standards.
- Simplify and communicate technical details for customers, sales teams, and Installation Technicians.
- Document customer and vendor interactions, including dates, names, and concise summaries.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Job Superintendents to prioritize quality control and provide clear installation guidance.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by collaborating across divisions and profit centers.
- Safety-Sensitive Position**
- Proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD.
- Programming experience (e.g., QSC, Crestron, Extron, AMX).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with the design and installation of professional audio, video, network and lighting systems (for senior level position)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience (new graduates are welcome to apply).
