We’re hiring a Sales Account Manager to drive new business, manage client relationships, and deliver customized AV and technology solutions. You’ll work directly with key decision‑makers while building a strong book of business in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Present AV and technology solutions to senior leaders and C suite decision-makers
• Conduct on-site assessments and develop customized proposals
• Partner with engineers, estimators, and support teams to build competitive bids
• Manage and grow accounts while delivering strong customer service
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Preferred Experience
• Sales experience in audiovisual (AV), IT, security, or B2B technology solutions
• Experience working with education, corporate, government, or healthcare clients
Compensation
On-Target Earnings (OTE):
• Year 1: $75K–$90K
• After ramp: $150K–$250K
• Top performers have exceeded $300K annually based on performance
Compensation includes base salary, commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
Commissions are uncapped.
Training & Support
• 1.5-year structured ramp-up program
• Ongoing sales, product, and solution training
• Coaching and support from experienced leadership
Qualifications
• Willingness to work full-time, in-office
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort in a performance-based sales role
• Experience using CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn
• Interest in technology and customer-focused solutions
• Ability to generate leads and close business within 90 days

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
