4 Corner Resources is seeking an AV Project Manager with AV experience to support a major healthcare construction project in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through the ranks as an AV lead installer or foreman and is ready to step into a project management path. You will play a key role in coordinating AV scope, supporting project execution, and ensuring systems are delivered accurately and on time.
AV Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Support project managers with daily coordination of AV scope on construction sites
- Oversee installation activities related to AV and low-voltage systems
- Ensure communication rooms and infrastructure are built to spec
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
- Assist with QA/QC efforts to verify installation quality and completion
- Identify and help resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Background in AV installation, ideally as a lead installer or foreman
- Understanding of AV systems, structured cabling, and low-voltage infrastructure
- Exposure to project coordination or project management in construction environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables
- OSHA certification preferred
- Location: Orlando, FL, fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Travel: Potential for future travel across the Eastern region
- Employment type: Contract, with strong potential for long-term opportunity based on performance and project needs
- Compensation: $33 to $40 per hour, flexible based on experience
