What You’ll Do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Present complex AV/technology solutions to C-suite and senior executives
- Conduct on-site needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals
- Collaborate with engineers and estimating teams to win deals
- Build and manage long-term client relationships
- Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools
- Consistently exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment

- Proven success in B2B sales (AV, IT, security, or tech preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Confidence in a commission-driven, performance-based role
