We’re looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle—prospecting, closing, and managing client relationships—while delivering cutting-edge AV and technology solutions to high-level decision-makers.

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Present complex AV/technology solutions to C-suite and senior executives
  • Conduct on-site needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with engineers and estimating teams to win deals
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships
  • Maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools
  • Consistently exceed sales targets in a performance-driven environment

✅ What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales (AV, IT, security, or tech preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confidence in a commission-driven, performance-based role
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot) Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals within 90 days
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work full-time in-office
