Travel
- Dallas based, travel required (approx. 50% travel, depending on projects)
- Projects are planned in advance
- Per diem and support provided
What You’ll Do
- Lead commercial AV installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise field technicians and manage schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec
- Read and interpret blueprints and system schematics
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for project quality and coordination
What You Bring
- Experience in commercial AV or low-voltage construction
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- OSHA 30 and/or CTS preferred
- Willingness to travel and work in active construction environments
