We’re working with a fast-growing alcohol beverage brand to hire a Strategic Finance Manager based in Chicago. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend finance, strategy, and business partnership in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain financial models to drive key business and investment decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate growth initiatives, product launches, and strategic investments
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Deliver clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Help shape scalable financial systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic FP&A
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
