Quality Assurance Manager | Food Manufacturing | Los Angeles Metro

We’re partnering with a family-owned food manufacturer based in the LA area to find their next Quality Assurance Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all food safety, quality systems, and regulatory compliance across a single-site, fully integrated facility.

The ideal candidate is fluent in the language of SQF, HACCP, USDA, and FDA—and just as comfortable on the production floor as they are prepping for audits. If you're ready to lead from the front and shape a growing program, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and lead food safety and QA strategy across the facility
• Serve as primary liaison with USDA, FDA, and third-party auditors
• Maintain and evolve HACCP, SSOPs, and other key compliance programs
• Collaborate with R&D on product development and commercialization
• Manage documentation, training, and team development

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of QA/FSQA experience in food manufacturing
• SQF practitioner certification preferred
• USDA and FDA experience required; meat experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful but not required
• Strong communicator, trainer, and collaborator
