The General Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of operations and property management, ensuring seamless execution of the company's mission statement. Key areas of focus include maximizing financial performance, fostering exceptional guest satisfaction, and promoting staff development.

This strategic position is an integral part of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the organization's vision, cultivating a positive culture, and establishing and implementing effective policies.

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in hospitality management, with experience working in remote locations that present unique challenges. This individual must be willing to relocate to Big Sur, CA and live on campus.
