We're partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed beverage company that is entering a pivotal stage of expansion. Following strong retail momentum, new capital investment, and accelerating national distribution, the company is seeking a Director of Sales to own and scale the Western U.S. business.
This is not a traditional field sales role. The person hired will be responsible for driving revenue, influencing strategy, managing distributor performance, and helping shape the commercial direction of the company. You'll have a direct line to senior leadership and a meaningful voice in how the business grows.
What You'll Own
- Lead the commercial business across the Western U.S., with responsibility for revenue growth, distribution expansion, and market performance
- Act as the primary business owner for the region, managing sales strategy, priorities, and execution
- Build and execute annual business plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives
- Manage and elevate distributor and broker performance through accountability, planning, and execution
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, resource allocation, and return on investment across the territory
- Influence pricing, promotional strategy, assortment, and go-to-market decisions
- Partner closely with leadership on long-term growth plans and market expansion opportunities
- Analyze sales trends, financial performance, and customer dynamics to drive informed business decisions

- Proven success leading beverage or CPG sales businesses with meaningful revenue responsibility
- Strong understanding of distributor economics, customer profitability, and commercial planning
- Experience owning a market, region, or business unit with clear accountability for results
