Revenue Management Lead
Brooklyn | Hybrid
A well-established consumer products company is seeking a Revenue Management Lead to drive pricing strategy, innovation economics, trade investment analysis, and profitable revenue growth across a portfolio of nationally recognized brands.
This is a highly visible role reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, FP&A, and Accounting leadership. The position will play a key role in shaping commercial strategy and delivering actionable insights that support both top-line growth and profitability.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute revenue growth strategies across pricing, promotion, and innovation
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on customer, channel, and portfolio initiatives
- Build pro forma P&Ls for new products and pricing opportunities
- Lead price-pack architecture and pricing optimization efforts
- Evaluate trade spend effectiveness and promotional ROI
- Analyze market and business performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver insights and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and financial modeling
What We're Looking For:
- 7 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Marketing Finance
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience required
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience supporting pricing, trade spend, promotion strategy, and innovation initiatives
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
