Job Summary
The Director of RGM oversees pricing, trade investment, and promotional strategy to support profitable growth. This role uses data, market insights, and cross-functional alignment to guide pricing structure, evaluate promotions, and inform commercial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage pricing, trade spend, and promotional plans.
• Build and refine price-pack architecture.
• Analyze internal and market data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Sales and other teams to create fact-based recommendations.
• Set trade guidelines and improve investment effectiveness.
• Support forecasting, planning, and margin initiatives with Finance.
• Track competitive trends and adjust strategy as needed.
• Strengthen RGM tools, processes, and organizational capability.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• About 7 or more years in RGM or commercial strategy within CPG.
• Strong understanding of pricing and trade.
• Skilled in data analysis and related tools.
• Clear communicator with strong cross-functional influence.
• Proven ability to improve revenue and margin.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
