What You’ll Do:
- Knock 2–3 hours/day, 5 days/week network with insurance agents & realtors
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding (we train you)
- Lead product knowledge meetings and client presentations
- Own the full sales cycle—estimate, close, and follow up
- Use CRM, social media, and local events to build pipeline
- Earn client trust—and referrals—with professionalism and grit
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed (sales experience not required).
- Clean, insurable driving record valid license
- Physically able to climb roofs and work outdoors
- Reside in Middle TN, fluent in English, pass background/drug check
- Comfortable with outbound sales and commission-only structure
