Sr. Project Manager, Digital Transformation
Duration: 6 months, contract
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all aspects of multiple projects from discovery to delivery.
- Maintain Smartsheet-based project management systems, tracking milestones and deliverables across strategic initiatives
- Own the logistics of recurring leadership meetings and global stakeholder calls, from agenda development through action item follow-up, and support in-person workshops and leadership sessions
- Assist with internal brand updates, monthly reporting, asset licensing, and SharePoint file management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of experience in project management, brand strategy, or marketing operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
- Experience in hospitality, travel, luxury, or consumer brands is highly preferred
