Product Analyst – Hospitality Systems (Hybrid | Global Impact)
We’re partnering with a global hospitality organization to identify a Product Analyst to support the continued rollout and optimization of a proprietary front office platform used across hotel operations worldwide.
This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and technology, helping ensure the platform effectively supports hotel teams while driving consistency, usability, and performance across regions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate business needs into clear user stories and requirements
- Collaborate with global deployment teams to understand regional needs and prioritize enhancements
- Support system rollouts by assisting with configuration, troubleshooting, and user support
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios to ensure quality and usability
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements and system enhancements
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for both hotel and corporate teams
- Help drive standardization and consistency across applications supporting hotel operations
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience in hotel operations, such as:
- Front Office / Guest Reception
- Housekeeping
- Guest Services
- Reservations or Recreation
- Strong understanding of how hotel systems impact day-to-day operations and guest experience
- Experience working with hotel systems and tools, such as:
- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Service and guest communication platforms
- Payment and reservation systems
- Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with common hospitality platforms such as:
- PMS systems (e.g., Opera)
- Service optimization and guest communication tools
- Experience supporting system rollouts, testing, or training initiatives
- Comfort working in a global, cross-functional environment
