What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Litigation Attorney position at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC?
Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC, an international firm with nine offices, has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with at least 3-5 years of construction litigation experience to join our Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Nashville office.
The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. Qualified candidates will also have excellent presentation skills, be able to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base. This position may present opportunities for travel. Bar admission required in respective state.
Compensation will be set based upon level of experience up to $130,000 annually with the opportunity for annual bonuses. In addition to base compensation, the attorney will also be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
