Foraker Realty Co. is a family-owned brokerage headquartered at 135 E State St in Kennett Square, with a second office at 3200 Concord Pike in Wilmington. We started in October 2021 with five agents. We're now at 75 agents and on pace for roughly 800 transactions in 2026.
You pay us nothing monthly. No desk fee. No technology fee. No franchise fee. No marketing assessment. We put roughly $75,000 a month back into agent support instead, and we make money when you make money.
What that buys you:
- A database of 30,000–50,000 company leads every agent can search and work — filter by who's on our website today, who saved a listing, who's an absentee owner
- A full-time inside sales agent who calls and qualifies seller leads and hands you a confirmed appointment
- A salaried in-house photographer and videographer. Listing photos and video are $250, not the $500–$700 you're paying an outside vendor
- A transaction coordinator with 26 years in the business, $300 a deal, who takes the paperwork off your desk
- Our own software — CRM, e-signature, transaction management, and a prospecting tool that texts farm lists for you
- AI listing marketing you can demo at the kitchen table, which is how we win listings against agents who show up with a printed CMA
Licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland. If you're sitting on a PA license turning away referrals across the state line, you don't have to anymore. One brokerage, three states.
Who owns this: Brian Foraker, and he lives in West Grove. No regional VP, no corporate in California, no committee. Call him and get a company-wide decision the same day. It also means we can't hide — we do a great job because we live here.
We built this brokerage so that if you want to do this, you can. The leads, the marketing, the paperwork, the training — all of it is here and none of it costs you a monthly fee. The only thing we can't hand you is the wanting.
Who should apply:
- Active PA real estate license (DE and/or MD a plus)
- At least one closed transaction in the last 12 months
- You'll be in the office and in the market
Who shouldn't: if you're looking to park a license, work referral-only, or add a fourth side hustle, we're the wrong fit and we'll both figure that out on the first call. Nothing wrong with it — it's just not what we're built for.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You set your own schedule and run your own business. Commission only, no cap.
