As the connection between our kitchen and dining room, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every guest receives hot, accurate, and beautifully presented meals while helping maintain the smooth flow of service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
- Verify each plate is complete, correctly prepared, and presented before leaving the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist servers by clearing tables, refilling beverages, and responding to guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line and dining areas.
- Ensure food quality and guest satisfaction remain top priorities.
- Support the team during busy shifts by jumping in wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stay calm and organized during high-volume service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while carrying food safely.
- Attention to detail and pride in providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
