Customer Service Representative – Personal Lines Insurance
Full-Time | Independent Insurance Agency
We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our personal lines clients and help deliver an exceptional service experience. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a team-oriented environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with questions about auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines policies
- Process policy changes, billing inquiries, cancellations, and documentation
- Prepare quotes and renewal materials using agency systems
- Support clients through the claims process
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with carriers
- Provide professional, knowledgeable, and timely service
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfort with computers and agency software
- Insurance experience preferred but not required
- Property & Casualty license a plus (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $22.67 - $27.30 per hour
