Our Processing Structure
We operate on a two-tier processing model with Senior Processors responsible for:
- Preparing and balancing Closing Disclosures (CDs)
- Reviewing title commitments and identifying title issues
- Coordinating with internal and underwriting attorneys to resolve title issues
- Managing files through closing with accuracy and efficiency

- Can handle volume without sacrificing quality
- Thrives in a high-accountability environment
- Takes pride in precision, organization, and communication
- Has prior experience in title processing or a related title/closing role

Starting Salary Range
Senior Processors: $70-85k BOE
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
