Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Processor/Closer located in Knoxville, TN. The role involves managing all aspects of real estate transaction processing and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing title commitments, preparing closing documents, coordinating with relevant parties, managing escrow accounts, and facilitating smooth transaction closings. The individual in this role will be expected to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and maintain excellent customer service throughout the closing process.
Qualifications
- Experience in title processing, closing, and escrow management
- Strong understanding of title examinations, real estate documents, and closing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining client and partner relationships
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using title and escrow software is preferred
- Knowledge of real estate laws, industry standards, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment
- Previous experience in a similar position or within the real estate industry is highly desirable
