Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Kitchen Staff member at our Maryville, TN location. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. Primary responsibilities include food preparation, assisting with cooking tasks, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaboration with other staff and occasional customer interactions may be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Strong understanding of Hygiene practices to maintain cleanliness and safety
- Effective Communication and teamwork competencies
- Experience in Customer Service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail
