Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Member Service Consultant II located in Arcadia, CA. The Member Service Consultant II will engage with members to provide excellent service by assisting with financial transactions, offering guidance on financial products, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Responsibilities include opening and maintaining accounts, solving member concerns, delivering tailored advice, and supporting operational goals to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills with a focus on addressing member needs efficiently and professionally
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to effectively interact with and advise members
- Solid Analytical Skills with the ability to assess member needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
- Prior experience in a financial services, banking, or credit union environment is a plus
- Proficiency in financial systems and basic computer applications
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is a bonus
