In this dynamic role, you’ll transform complex business needs into clear technical requirements, enabling innovative solutions that drive organizational success. Acting as the liaison between IT, development teams, and end users, you’ll ensure seamless communication and collaboration at every stage. This position calls for a sharp analytical mind, exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with confidence. Beyond analysis, you’ll play a key role in project management for IT initiatives, dedicating about 25% of your time to tasks like timeline tracking, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
