Medical office experience required.
Compensation is competitive. The listed wage is for entry level. Wage is dependent on experience.
Our secretaries work 4 days per week!
Primary responsibilities for a secretary are to answer incoming phone calls from patients, collect the necessary information to respond to the patient’s request, make appointments for patients with all clinic providers (although the majority of appointments will be made for the provider(s) the secretary is assigned to), call pharmacies with prescription information, fax information at the provider’s request, type correspondence and other items for the provider and other duties as assigned.
