Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a Legal Secretary in its Salt Lake City office. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a legal secretary. Requirements:
- Familiarity with Utah State and Federal Rules.
- Work independently on pleadings, discovery, motion preparation and e-discovery.
- Experience and knowledge with e-filing in state and federal court, case management, docketing, e-discovery, document review, exhibit preparation, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is beneficial.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills.
- Experience with insurance defense and commercial litigation is a must.
