Vice President Operations

Role: VP of Operations

Salary: $140K-$200K

Location: Western, MA

Duration: Permanent/Direct-Hire

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and financial performance of two established healthcare practices in Western Massachusetts. This role provides leadership to practice management and operational teams while partnering closely with providers and ownership to support growth, improve performance, strengthen accountability, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop practice managers and operational leadership teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial performance, and accountability across both locations.
• Establish and monitor goals, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, expand services, enhance patient access, and drive growth.
• Optimize staffing, workflows, and overall practice performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leaders and staff.
• Partner with leadership and ownership on strategic initiatives, expansion opportunities, and potential acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and operational standards.
• Identify operational and financial risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Report on performance, key challenges, and recommendations to ownership.

• Proven experience leading multi-site healthcare or professional services operations.
• Strong financial, operational, and business management skills.
• Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience driving growth, process improvements, and organizational change.
• Strong ability to establish accountability and translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
