Shipping & Receiving Logistics Coordinator

Keep goods moving, keep records clean, keep the team safe.

Where: Woburn, MA
Pay: $21–$23/hr DOE
When: 2nd Shift, 2pm–close
Plus: Overtime available

Picture this: a truck backs into the dock at 2:15 p.m. You verify the load, inspect materials, and label everything for traceability. You move products efficiently with a ride-on electric pallet jack, switch to a reach truck for higher bays, and use a forklift to reposition pallets—safely and smoothly. Before the night ends, you’ve prepared outbound shipments, completed bills of lading and shipping documents, reconciled inventory, and flagged any discrepancies so nothing falls through the cracks.

• Receive, check, label, and store incoming materials
• Prepare shipments and complete all paperwork, including bills of lading
• Maintain accurate inventory records and promptly report variances
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on pallet jacks
• Follow safety standards at all times

• Ride-on (electric) pallet jack experience — REQUIRED
• Forklift experience; reach truck skills strongly preferred
• 2 years of warehouse/receiving experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs alone (and up to 100 lbs with assistance)

• Stable second-shift schedule with OT potential
• Hands-on, fast-moving environment where accuracy matters
