Title: Senior Project Manager or Project Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV (hybrid)
Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent
Pay: $130,000 - $150,000 salary discretionary year-end bonus
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead architectural projects from concept through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a collaborative leader who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring talented teams, and driving successful project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Lead architectural projects, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, consultants, and project teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage project financials, staffing, contracts, and quality standards.
- Mentor team members and contribute to business development and future project opportunities.
What We're Looking For
-8 years of relevant experience, ideally in large scale hospitality projects, including casinos and hotels.
- Background in architectural design, construction, or related project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a construction-related field preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and build strong client relationships.
- Professional licensure preferred, but not required.
