We’re seeking a Senior Architect (RA) with a passion for design leadership and a strong technical foundation. This is a highly visible role where you’ll guide projects from early concept through construction, mentor emerging talent, and play a key part in growing client relationships and expanding market presence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead architectural design efforts from concept through construction administration
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
- Drive project delivery, coordinating closely with structural, MEP, civil, and environmental teams
- Provide design direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to internal teams
- Contribute to business development efforts, including strategic partnerships and key account growth
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Ensure design quality, code compliance, and alignment with project goals and budgets
- Apply creative problem-solving to complex and unique design challenges
What You Bring
- 10 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of built work
- Licensed Architect (RA) required
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong design sensibility paired with technical expertise in documentation and delivery
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Revit/BIM preferred
- Experience with project specifications and CSI formatting
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s preferred
- LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience is a plus
